The Event Management of the University of Vienna and any processors will erase all relevant data stored as soon as they receive your withdrawal of consent.

Your personal data will be erased as soon as the purpose of the processing activity has been fulfilled and if no other statutory storage period applies.

I consent to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data (first and last name, e-mail address, address) by the Event Management of the University of Vienna as well as the organisers themselves for the purposes of

• sending me a confirmation of registration
• providing information 
• personnel administration, financial administration, research and statistics
• contacting me if registration is not completed

in the context of the event.

Please note that personal data will be stored until the end of the conference even if you do not complete the registration process, so that we can contact you.
If you do not wish this to happen, please contact the Event Management team at the University of Vienna so that your data can be deleted immediately.

Photographs / Video Recording

Parts of the conference may be photographed. The images may be used on the website and on Linkedin to promote the event and for any publication. If you do not want photos to be taken of you, please approach the photographer to not photograph you.

Dietary requirements

As part of the event, personal data on dietary preferences (such as vegan, vegetarian, kosher, halal, etc.) is collected and processed in order to ensure that catering is tailored to requirements. As this information may allow conclusions to be drawn about religious or ideological beliefs, it is considered special categories of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR. The processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of the express consent of the data subjects in accordance with Article 9(2)(a) GDPR and serves exclusively for the individual planning and implementation of the catering offer. The data is only stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose and no longer than required by law.

As part of the conference registration you will have to enter your EURO-online registration code.
This is a 9 digit alphanumeric code that begins with “R”.
