In the event of revocation, the Event Management of the University of Vienna will delete the data stored by the Event Management and any processors upon receipt of my revocation.

The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the processing has been achieved and provided that no other legal retention period is opposed.

Data collection / storage / processing

I consent to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data (first and last name, e-mail address, address) by the Event Management of the University of Vienna as well as the organisers themselves for the purposes of

• sending me a confirmation of registration
• providing information
• personnel administration, financial administration, research and statistics

in the context of the event.

I hereby declare that I am giving my consent freely. I have also been informed that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time informally with future effect, and without any negative consequences for me

I hereby declare that I have been informed and am fully aware of my rights as a data subject (right to be informed/right to rectification/right to erasure, etc.) pursuant to articles 12-21 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
