Parts of the conference may be photographed. The images may be used on the website to promote the event on the SAA 2026 webpage and on the following social media platform: LinkedIn and Bluesky
If you do not want photos to be taken of you, please approach the photographer to not photograph you.

Free of charge, but please let us know if you are planning to attend so that we can plan drinks and snacks accordingly.

A number of rooms has been reserved at hotels for the event (self-pay basis), which can be booked up to 6 weeks before the start of the event.

Please indicate whether you plan to book a room from this contingent.
