* The fee includes admission to the Welcome Reception, lunch on each conference day, and the Conference Banquet.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by dd/mm/yyyy (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received from dd/mm/yyyy until dd/mm/yyyy (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after dd/mm/yyyy (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).

To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend to take out a Congress-Cancellation Insurance of the European Travel Insurance.
