Presenter guidelines
Oral presentations
On-site presenters must give a live presentation. There is no possibility for virtual presentations. Regular oral presentations have a length of 20 minutes (15 minutes talk + 5 minutes discussion and change over). The allocated presentation time cannot be exceeded.
Sponsor presentations have a length of 20 minutes (15 minutes talk + 5 minutes discussion and change over). The allocated presentation time cannot be exceeded.
Invited presentations will be 30 minutes long (25 minutes talk + 5 minutes discussion and change over). The allocated presentation time cannot be exceeded.
Please ensure that the correct author is assigned presenting author for the abstract.The presentation file must be provided to our student helper desk at the very latest 1 hour before each session block starts.
Poster presentations
Posters must be prepared in portrait (vertical) format, size A0. Pins are used for attaching the poster to the poster board. These are available at the poster board.
Posters will be exposed in the poster board area located in proximity of the workshop room (Hörsaal 2) for the entire duration of the workshop. Our assistants in the poster area may assist authors in putting up or taking down their posters.
The poster session will take place on Tuesday 15th afternoon from 15:40 to 18:00.
