*The listed fees include 20% VAT. To register for the Tour Stift Klosterneuburg and to book tickets for your Accompanying persons, please use the link in your registration confirmation.

There are restrictions on the number of participants in side events. The first come, first served principle applies.
Registration for the side events is possible until 31.07.2026.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received by 30.04.2026 (11:59 pm CEST) will receive 100% of the paid fee refunded.

Cancellations received from 01.05.2026 until 31.07.2026 (11:59 pm CEST) will receive 50% of paid the fee refunded.

Cancellations received after 31.07.2026 (11:59 pm CEST) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid fee.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at).

Please also inform us if you wish to cancel individual side events so that other participants can take your place.

Congress participant cancellation insurance

To save you trouble and financial disadvantages, we recommend that you take out congress cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. Further information can be found on the website of the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
