Registration is now open.
Confirmation
After successful registration you will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail.
Payment
When registering, you have the option of choosing between billing (bank transfer) or online card payment (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by 02.08.2026 (11:59 pm CEST) will receive 50% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 02.08.2026 (11:59 pm CEST) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee.
No refund for the EMC Side Event, EMC Conference Dinner and no shows.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
Congress participant cancellation insurance
To save you trouble and financial disadvantages, we recommend that you take out congress cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. Further information can be found website of the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
