Registration to open mid March 2026.

Confirmation  

After successful registration you will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail.

Payment

When registering, you have the option of choosing between billing (bank transfer) or online card payment (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). 


Cancellation Policy 

For cancellations received by 4 weeks before start of the conference will receive 50% of the conference fee refunded.
No refund for the Social Event, Official Conference dinner and no shows. 

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna
(email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).

Congress participant cancellation insurance

To save you trouble and financial disadvantages, we recommend that you take out congress cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. Further information can be found website of the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
