Registration fees

Registration for participation will remain open until the end of the conference. Please note that a discount for registration will be offered for participants registering before June 15th, 2025.

The full registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Lunch, coffee & cake breaks on the conference days
  • Welcome reception and poster sessions
  • Participation at the conference dinner
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes participation at the welcome reception and the conference dinner.

Official letters of invitation can be requested from enc2025.cemess@univie.ac.at. Please note that these letters do not represent a commitment to provide any financial assistance.

Tours
Information on tour options and registration for tours in the afternoon of the 9th of September will be available at the conference venue, at the registration desk.Please note, tour costs are not included in the registration fee and will have to be settled on site in Vienna.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations received by 15/06/2025 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received from 16/06/2025 until 15/08/2025 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 15/08/2025  (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).

Cancellation insurance

To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend to take out a Congress-Cancellation Insurance of the European Travel Insurance.
