Welcome Reception

Join us on Sunday, July 12, from 16:00 to 20:00 at the conference venue UBB Vienna. Take the opportunity to register for the conference, set up your posters, and exchange ideas with colleagues while enjoying traditional Austrian refreshments.

Conference banquet with Dinner Talk and Poster Prizes

On Tuesday, July 14, from 19:00 onwards, the Mayor of the City of Vienna warmly invites you to a relaxed evening at Fuhrgassl Huber, a traditional Viennese Heurigen. This summer gathering will combine Austrian hospitality with selected scientific program highlights (details to follow). Please note that separate registration is required for this event and a small additional fee will apply for organizational purposes.

Participation is limited, and tickets will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
