Presentation guidelines

  • Oral talks should be prepared in 16:9 format,
  • keynote talks are allocated 20 minutes + 5 minutes discussion,
  • highlight talks 15 minutes,
  • and all other talks 12 minutes + 3 minutes discussion,
  • posters should be prepared in A0 size and portrait orientation.

Oral presenters

Please help us ensuring a smooth program: we have tried to accommodate as many presentations as possible and thus run on a very dense schedule.

Hence: Upload your presentation onto the conference computer in the lecture hall during the break before your session at the latest.

Strictly keep your time slot:

  • Keynote talks: 20 min + 5 min discussion
  • Highlight talks: 15 min, no discussion time
  • Oral contributions: 12 min, + 3 min discussion

Poster presenters

Please mount your posters (DIN A0, portrait) in the morning of the day you present them. They need to be put up until the beginning of the lunch break at the latest.

Please strictly only use tape/material provided by the conference organizers. Using any other material or tools may damage the poster walls and incur considerable costs, which we would be forced to hand over to the person who caused them.

Please remove the posters after the last oral presentation on Monday. Those exhibited on Tuesday can remain there until Wednesday, given the conference banquet at the Heuriger.
