Participation fees

Fees include participant coffee breaks, warm lunches, and reception with poster presentation (but NOT the social event).

You will be able to register for the ISSID 2025 conference in Vienna from January 2025 by clicking the “REGISTER” button, which will then be available.

If you are presenting, please note that the you need to register until Sunday, June 15th, 2025 to have your abstract included in the conference program.

Early bird registration ends on Sunday, May 18th, 2025.

Confirmation

After successful registration you will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail.

Payment

When registering, you have the option of choosing between billing (bank transfer) or online card payment (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by May 18th will receive 100% of the paid fee for the Conference and the Social Event refunded.

Cancellations received after May 19th and before June 2nd will receive 50% of the paid fee for the Conference and the Social Event refunded

Cancellations received after June 2nd or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fee or the paid fee for the Social Event. (email: congress@univie.ac.at).

Congress participant cancellation insurance

To save you trouble and financial disadvantages, we recommend that you take out congress cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. Further information can be found here.

Photographs / Video Recording

Parts of the conference may be fotographed. The images may be used to promote the ‘2025 Conference of the International Society for the Study of Individual Differences (ISSID)’ on the conference website. If you do not want photos to be taken of you, please approach the photographer to not photograph you.
