Register by 30 April to benefit from discounted rates. Please note that the registration fee is the same for online and on-site participation. 

Still, you will be asked to indicate whether you will attend online or on-site upon registration to help us plan accordingly.

The Society for Ambulatory Assessment is offering a total of six travel scholarships for SAA Early Career Members. Applications can be submitted until 15 April via https://ambulatory-assessment.org/call-for-applications-travel-scholarships/.

Cancellation Policy 

Registration:  

Cancellations received by 30.04.2026 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received from 01.05.2026 until 30.06.2026 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 30.06.2026   (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee.


Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).

Workshop & Side Events:  

Cancellations received or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid fee.

Cancellation insurance

To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend to take out a Congress-Cancellation Insurance of the European Travel Insurance. For more information click here.

Parts of the conference may be photographed. The images may be used on the website to promote the event on the SAA 2026 webpage and on the following social media platform: LinkedIn and Bluesky

If you do not want photos to be taken of you, please approach the photographer to not photograph you.
